What does the flat rate cover?
Any trip within 20 miles of O'Hare or Midway, including downtown Chicago — plus airport parking, flight tracking, and bottled water and a snack. Meet & greet inside the terminal is $45; a car seat is $20 and a booster $10.
What if my trip is longer than 20 miles?
The flat rate covers the first 20 miles, then we add a per-mile rate — $4 sedan, $5 SUV, $6 van. The full figure appears before you confirm, never after.
Is gratuity included?
No. We don't add it automatically and we don't suggest an amount — what you tip your chauffeur is your decision, after the ride.
When am I charged?
Your card is held at booking and charged after the ride, so the flat rate and any tolls are settled in one payment rather than two.
Do I need an account to book?
No — you can book as a guest. Members do get 10% off round trips, so it's worth creating one if you fly regularly.
Can you drive me outside Chicago?
Yes. Our chauffeur network covers trips nationwide. Send us the cities and dates and a written quote comes back within 2 hours during business hours.
